Scheduling a Recurring Donation to the Rotary Club of Western Johnson County Foundation (RCWJCF)
Donations to the RCWJCF are handled through the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation (GKCCF). The GKCCF donation system doesn't allow users to schedule recurring donations, so our recommendation is to set this up through your bank's bill pay system. Most banks offer this service for free. Of course, if your bank doesn't offer this, you can always do a manual donation at any time by clicking here: RCWJCF One-Time
Since all bank's bill pay systems are different, here's the general process:
1. Log into your bank's online account.
2. Look for Bill Pay (it may be under Additional Services or something similar.)
3. Add GKCCF-rota02 as a new payee. Their address is: GKCCF-rota02, 1055 Broadway Blvd., Suite 130, Kansas City, MO 64105
4. Create a new payment to GKCCF-rota02. If asked for an account number, enter: 00-5040-568293
5. Look for an Automatic Payment option. Select your bank account you want the payment to come from, how much you want to be donated each occurrence, and the date/frequency you want to donate.
6. If given the option to add a memo, enter: rota02-WesternJohnsonCountyRotary
7. Save the new scheduled payment.

If you are unsure of anything related to scheduling your recurring donation, PLEASE reach out to your bank for help! It is VERY IMPORTANT that our Fund ID (rota02) shows up somewhere so GKCCF knows where to put the funds. Your bank should be able to help confirm for you that this is being done correctly.
